We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and the comforts offered. The breakfast buffet was more like a mid-day meal there was so much choice. There are principly three restaurants offering a large selection. The rooms are large with ensuite bath and shower facilities. There are always staff on hand to help or guide. The staff in Sheraton is just amazing, a front desk agent who remembers your name upon arrival (I visit the hotel last in July 2013) and they treat you as a human and you can feel it’s a sincere and honest way, rather than the “I have to do” attitude because "I am told to do".

i booked a honey moon suite and it was the best room which any one can get,it had inbuilt jacuzzi and very very neat room.
Staff were excellent.
Indian street was close by ,just 2 streets across,so there was no issue about indian food.
China town is walkable distance people looking for value for money shopping.
Burger king, mc donalds is very close by.

I cant express how great the stay at the Pacific Regency was, I found the staff very friendly and accommodating always willing to help and assist, the Hotel was immaculate, great food, awesome breakfast, rooms had a kitchenette which was great also a large fridge (very rare to find full size fridge) I have 3 children under 3 1/2 Years old and had heaps of room to play in the room which also included a extra bed and cot. I will definitely stay again with the family infact organizing another trip

Location was perfect for food, bars and generally getting around.
It pays to walk around the area as the traffic is a bit hectic at nighttime.
The hotel furnishings are dated but can be considered as Retro. A fresh coat of paint would give it life.

The location was the best with walking distance to any place 10mins away and the free bus ride within the city area overing KLCC and main halts like the Pudu bus station, Central market, Bukit Bingtan shopping area etc. Cleanliness was ok. Friendly staff and especially one called Robert bell boy/driver was very helpful. Good swimming pool including for kids. Good view of the city skyscrapers from the rooms. Value for money and very spacious.

Everything was amazing in this hotel, the Staff were so helpful, whoever you ask about anything they will make sure that you get the premium with less money especially when we were asking about the tours.
