What people say
I like the room. Its fair enough as it fits the price and the discount
is good. This hotel is in the middle of city. It is easy to catch bus or
taxi. Halal food are everywhere near the hotel. I would suggest this
hotel to group of friends travelling together. I like the wide screen tv
and hot water provided continuously.

The hotel is located above a nice little food court that serves delicious local food that's cheap.
It's located close to the river and there are many bars and restaurants nearby.
The staff are super friendly and helpful.
There is free filtered water in the lobby.
Location is perfect for us because it's walking distance to many places and food is just around the corner , in fact there's restaurant downstairs. There's water dispenser provided, very good. Worth the money !.
Handy for waterfront.

As the hotel is very near to restaurant, thus its a bit noisy.
Noisy at night due to restaurant, acceptable considering it is a
budget hotel.
The toilet's ceiling was leaking when heavy rain and the corridor too :-(.
The food court is noisy from 6am until midnight and it's very hard to sleep.
Dirty marks on the walls.
The flush on the toilet is so weak it barely flushes.
The pillows are hard and uncomfortable.
Only the white sheets are washed. The brown blanket wasn't washed as we witness them taking the one ones out from our room. Out of 4 sockets, 2 is functional .
Room was a bit shabby a coat of paint would help.
There is no fridge inside the room.So that if possible can chill my food n drink stuff.
