Very nice room with fan and ac, we could do our laundry for free, free hot and cold water, very friendly owner and housekeeping, perfectly clean bed sheets! (Otherwise rarely found during our travel), parking directly in front of the building, quiet neighborhood, 50 rm per night is a very good price for this place. very clean room and spacious shower room. definitely recommended to family with young children as the shower room is spacious and less hazard. very quiet area and we have a very good night sleep.
