The location, which is very near the East Coast Mall.
it's a bit small for family room, beds are ccomfortable, bathroom is clean with good water pressure. It is convenient to get to nearby Megamall & city center.
Near to kuantan town.
Room was large enough and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was provided and was reasonable for a budget hotel. Parking was hard to find at around midnight but we were able to double park in front of the hotel until staff called us to move our vehicle.all reviews »
The hotel is fairly clean and nice corridor design. The elevator facility is good for just few floors hotel since the single staircase for every floor is quite steep and hazardous especially for children and old people.
The rates were definitely value for money. The location of the hotel was excellent, as it was smack dab in the middle of town and all the amenities.

It's difficult to find the location as no direct access from main road, due to road closure.

Hotel was hard to locate. Main signboard in front of hotel was not lighted. Water in the shower not hot enough. Should use individual water heaters.
When I check-in the credit card facility was broken. Luckily I have enough cash to pay the deposit because they don't bother to fix it but still request for cash. I requested for twin sharing but they give me doubled-bed room which cannot be change due to room unavailability. One of the pillows is too flat and the bathroom accessories was poor such as unfilled liquid soap, insufficient toilet roll and dried, not fragrant bar soap.
The staff weren't very helpful or friendly. I was promised a hair dryer (if needed) - apparently all I had to do was just request for one. They never provided and refused to help me at all despite my asking three times during my 3-day long stay.
Almost everything...except they did put parking coupons for us in the morning...
Have to go down to staff quarters to get hot water...
