The room was clean and has a nice smile when we enter and the bathroom was nice. Despite, some bad comments i gave i do recommend this hotel.

I definitely will stay in Budget Inn again. It is located in a very strategic location. Couple minutes of walk from Pudu Station and in the Golden Triangle where you can easily shop for goods and food. -
The room are clean and comfort. The staffs are nice and patient. The hotel price are cheap and budget for solo traveler , included breakfast.

The location is really convenient. What i like the most is their free water dispenser(hot and cold) found near the stairway of each floor. There's no need for you to buy your own water from 7-eleven or any convenience store. I also love the wifi connection- it was so fast! I like the idea of having a safe box which is not a common item found at any hotel especially for a budget hotel. Hotel location is quite strategic but due to the current construction in progress, the location is a little bit far from bukit bintang.
