We stayed here as a family for 2 nights at the end of September. Check- in went smoothly, staff were very welcoming and friendly. We had 2 x 1 bedroom apartments in the Residences and the views were great from the 30th floor. They apartments were serviced daily, king size bed was very comfy, large flat screen tv, nice modern bathroom and kitchette, 2x bottles of water supplied daily included in the cost of the room as well as a daily newspaper. I was happy with the cleaniness of these apartment.

Staff were efficient and friendly. We arrived early in the morning and while they didn't have a room available right away, they did find us a room by midday which was a great help. The restaurant staff are particularly good, on our last day they even let us in for breakfast 10 minutes before they opened as we had an early flight. Wonderful buffet breakfast. Good pool and gym area and the small playground is great for little kids. The two bedroom suite is well laid out and great for a family of . Very good hotel. Our room was spacy, actually it was like a studio apartments with living room, bedroom, kitchen & huge bathroom. It was clean, view from 24th floor was nice. The hotel is conviniently located between city center (one stop from Berjaya Times Square, two stops from KLCC & Bukit Bintang) and Chinatown (10 minutes by foot). Breakfast was good, choice of European meals was great (that's non-typical for Malaysians hotels as per my experience). This hotel is good for families. The room can be split to setting room and sleep room. I like the shower (like rain). The view from my room was amazing. Swimming pools were great as the hotel offer three pools for different age. The Internet service is fast. There is a supermarket just next to main entrance. Bus station is just five minutes walk. There are many restaurants serve different food (Arabic and local) inside the hotel and nearby. The hotel was amazing. Room is spacious and very nicely decorated. Bathroom was big and nice! Bathropes were super comfy. View from the window was stunningly amazing (from 27th floor). Pool area and sauna were really nice. We didn't use the gym but it seemed decent. Breakfast was great, with many food options to choose from. We only stayed for one night, but would definetly liked to stay longer. Thumbs up for the doorman/luggageman. The exterior and interior of the hotel is well taking care of. Staffs are friendly, especially the room service staffs. Provided prompt service when we requested extra toilet rolls and bottle water, excellent follow up service. Impressive toilet decor, cosy living room and bed room. Car parking securities is good. Will definitely consider Swiss Garden again, a nice, cosy and relaxing environment to stay at. Swiss Garden Residences is a very convenient hotel located in central area of KL. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff couldn't haven been more helpful! It was my boyfriend's Birthday and they kindly upgraded us to a business executive suite and in addition delivered the most delicious chocolate cake to our door as a surprise for my boyfriend. I would highly recommend this hotel - staff were fantastic. Stayed here for 6 nights, family of 4, our room (two bedroom apartment) was fantastic, plenty big enough, 2 bathrooms & clean. Pool area was great, restaurant was nice, staff were helpful and friendly. Location for us was great, 10 min walk to China Town/Petaling St, 15 min walk to Central Market and 5 min walk to Julan Alor(Dinner!). No negatives for us. Staying at the Swiss-Garden Residences was one of my best experiences in life. The staff were amazingly friendly and extremely helpful. If I ever go back to KL I will not be staying anywhere else but the Swiss-Garden Residence. My husband and I truly love it. I have been recommending it to all my work colleagues and friends. The hotel was clean and my family enjoyed the stay and breakfast. We stayed 3 nights. We also stayed 2 nights in Swiss Garden Hotel which is next door...But we did not enjoy that stay at all. I would never recommend Swiss Garden hotel to any one. IF any one decide to stay in Swiss Hotel...Pls stay in Swiss Garden Residency. Good location. Spacious, clean, well laid out suite with good facilities. Friendly and well staffed. Loved the courtesy bus and driver and the massage we each indulged in was amazing. Very efficient reception in check in and out. We didn't cook, but there was a hot plate and microwave, not many kitchen utensils although. We asked for maintenance and it was rapid and efficient. Taxi easily available outside from Hotel. Hotel staff can arrange taxi if requested. -Location near bukit bintang near china town near twin towers "Excellent". -Staff "Excellent" -The hotel give us free Wifi access for three devices for the six nights . -You feel comfort and secure . -The rooms are clean and nice . -housekeeping excellent. The Restaurant "T@ste6" provides international morning breakfast with variety choises, stylish interior design indoor and outdoor "Urban Oasis" at 6th floor. Love its infinity swimming pool at level 6 also. Room size, internet in the room, cleaninless, breakfast (see my comment on the cons) location, value for money, lobby service. I will definitely go again regardless of the two sporadic issues on the cons side. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were particularly impressed with all the staff at Taste6 restaurant and their interaction with our 14 month old daughter. The swimming pools were fantastic. The pool and gym are excellent, this is a great place to stay in KL. for around the $100 level. The room was like a small one bedroom apartment, fridge, microwave, and all the utensils to eat indoors. Very comfortable accommodation. Very clean and spacious apartments. Good position. Great for families. It's like having a home away from home. Facilities provided are excellent. Great breakfast too. Close to Bukit Bintang. we stayed for a 2 night stopover between Sri Lanka and Australia. We enjoyed everything about the hotel and would stay there again when in Kuala Lumpur. The hotel lets itself down on the cleaning which was not up to a good enough standard, particularly the bathrooms. The apartment was not fully equipped either, e.g. no washing up liquid or dishcloth. It is a shame as with not much effort this could be a 4.5 or even 5 star hotel. Despite of asking for non-smoking room on booking the first room we came was saturated by ingrained smell of cigarettes. However, staff offered us another room and that issue was solved quickly. I faced Problem with one lift as it refuse my card but there are three other lifts. Reception could have been more polite as they didn't make the effort to look away from the computers. Not enough sunbeds at the pool. For the bathroom, the shower flow is not strong. The water flow at the bathing sink is very slow, seem choking. Bath towels have stains. No free internet or wifi services, which most hotels have been providing. Swiss Garden is an international residences, with hotel in Sydney too. This is a weak and unpleasure area that Swiss Garden should look into this. The toilet was clean but the water was not getting out of the bath area....needs a bit of house keeping I think. If I had to pick a fault with something ... the mattresses were a little hard but overall ... Very happy .... will be back !. The breakfast was good but repetitive, so we were bored soon from it. We had some experience with one or more items in breakfast buffet that were not fresh and smelly. Once we ordered a blanket and it took 2 hours from the house keeping to deliver it. No comments. We were very comfortable there. There were stains on the toilet bowl which didn't really bug me but for some of you...it might be an issue so just putting it out there. Bread is not fresh.. Nothing really. One day they did cleaning service and forgot to close the door, I arrived very late at night and found door open, did call duty manager but never answer the phone. Somebody for security asisted me. Anything was missing. Breakfast on high season little chaotic, no plates, not food, not cleaning (only happened one day out of eight I stayed). The apartments could do with a lick of paint - especially the "family rooms". The free shuttle into city centre is a good idea but would be a lot better if it was a return service - too easy to be ripped off by taxi drivers!. The food is excellent although a bit too expensive. The breakfast is ok but not great. They need someone on the door in the morning arranging cabs. The room at the lower floors which we were given initially. It was stuffy, there's a bad odour, the room is hot even after turning in the air-con for quite sometime. Stained toilet bowl. There is nothing to unlike. Was not impressed with the front desk they were the worst out of everyone that worked there. They did not have my booking in the system when I arrived and than proceeded to give me the wrong rate without breakfast. They were not on their game at the front desk!. Due to the road closure at bukit bintang,we had to walk a longer route to go places like pavilion and bukit bintang plaza. Internet in room was not good (though free). We booked taxi to the airport at the reception, but this taxi drove us to another airport. We didn't know, that there were two airports in Kuala Lumpure (((. We checked in after 3pm and our room wasn't ready yet. Since it is an apartment, I was also hoping that the kitchen would be stocked with more pots and pans so that I could cook. Some wall painting was needed in the apartment we satyed in.(I do not know how people can make stains and fingerprints on walls in the stranges spots.). Nothing. Cleaning and maintenance is not very good. Especially in the apartments. Nothing bad to say :). Local and std calls were charged at a high rate There was some confusion with the payment, but that was worked out by the end Otherwise was a really great place to stay, we loved it!. Staff were unclear. More training seems in order. Reservation was for suite for 3 adults but there were only 2 bath towels, toilet door is very difficult to lock, safe was locked (probably by previous guest), internet was v v v slow - we were able to get connected to the website but none of us were able to surf! Breakfast can be improved - salad, hardboiled eggs, low fat milk, etc. It was not clear how to book complimentary shuttle service to shopping centers online and it did not work out when we tried to do it by phone. On check-in one of the air conditioners did not work had to change rooms (was not easy with 3 little kids and having to pack up again!). Service hit & miss for example one person says one thing & another person says something completely different!. Internet - incredibly slow and having to pay for each device. Strong smell of paint in the apartment on the first day, not friendly and not helpfull reception staff - no KL maps, problems with towels: first day - 2 towels for 3 persons apartment, second day - any towels after room cleaning.
