Cleaning Staff were excellent and very friendly. Reception staff very slow at booking in and out. Rooms were very good.
No smoking rooms. Coffee/tea facilities...
The hotel location is very good. Convenient if you want to walk around Bukit Bintang area.
Room not cleaned everyday. There is kettle but no mug, no bathmat.
