The location was great - it was close to many tourist attractions and good shopping nearby. The staff were really friendly and helpful, we had a late check in (3:30 am), but they waited for us and made no problems at all. The place is really clean, there are only two showers and two toilets but we never had to wait for any of them when we stayed there (4 nights). They do simple breakfast (toast and jam) and you can have tea of coffee all day for free as well. Overall, a great place to stay!.

Is a nice place for backpackers and young couples, if you are in a private room, and I think you can also stay in a shared room if you travell alone or with friends. The breakfast was great, some bread and coffee. I recommend to stay there the whole trip in Kuala Lumpur,. Value for money Great location Simple but thankful coffee, water and tea through the daytime and breakfast in the morning. Charming staff (they just offered us one of the only 2 rooms with window once available -we had marked that feature just as a "preference"). The bathrooms are shared, and I think it is not possible to have private bathroom, even if you book a double room with AC. But it was not a important thing. Maybe the "kindly petition" of remove your shoes everywhere around the hostel does not fit very well with western manners. But just for saying something... Room was very small and bunked ladder a bit precarious!. The simple breakfast. But we noticed during our tour through Malaysia - it´s normal in the hostels. So, not really bad!!!. You cannot ask for more because of the low budget. I sleep on the top of a bunk bed. The first two nights were not so good and I did not know why. It turned out that one of the frames broke. Had to ask twice to get it fixed. The water pressure in the shower was not good. I wish we could wear flip flops in the bathroom. I felt uncomfortable having to shower or use the toilet barefoot. room is a little small. Just one kind of Marmelade for breakfast :-)). Rooms have thin walls and there is no ensuite option. Not all staff spoke english, otherwise no complains!. We would recommend not to get your laundry done at the hostel, wasn't really as clean as it should have been. Small rooms...not enough electrical sockets. bathroom could be more clean and better equiped, but for the price it is good enough. the room are small. Breakfast bit poor. hairs on blanket. cleanliness. No control over noisy residents in the common area, saw 2 bedbugs, wifi wasn't that great in common area (barely any signal in the room). nothing. Bed bugs everywhere!. the carpet on ground-rooms stink of foot smell (bec guests had to be bare-foot). The corridor along the rooms on the ground floor in the evening time was so dark I could not really see the door steps. there should be some lights on. some bugs were hanging out on the room walls. Breakfast is a joke. See through windows in private rooms making them not that private unless you find a way to block passers' view. in dorm room with 4 beds was only 2 safe boxes. - Rooms very small - Poor breakfast. too expensive for what u get all rooms with windows to the corridor and no window sheets. The rat during night at the hall to the toilets. It is advertised 'breakfast' which I felt cheated by as it is merely bread, butter and jam and you have to clean your own dishes. The free wifi everywhere does not reach the rooms, only common room area. The room was damp and had a weird smell. The curtain is completely see- through so anyone walking past can peer in. Lockers seem easy to break into. Individual small reading light by bed would be helpful (beside the individual plug sockets already available). Need an organised shoe rack by lobby. BEDBUGS!!!!! And after reporting, we got another room and new guests were placed in the room. Overpriced for what you get. You may be disappointed comparing what you have booked with reality. The room had to have a size of 18 meters, we found 4 meters without window! You can feel what feels a prisoner in a cell.
