The warm and friendly welcome when we arrive, we have used this hotel for the last three years when in KL. Hot water is on tap for coffee/tea making (provide your own ingredients) cold water too. Lounge area on first floor, and though check out is at twelve they do allow us a room to take a shower if we are on a late flight. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone. Clean room; close to bus terminal, rail transit, shopping area (Petaling Street, Kota Raya, Central Market, short walk from Bukit Bintang area) and food outlets.
all reviews » The staff was nice. Lobby looks nice tooooo. 5Min walks to the pasar seni lrt station and 1min walks to the Petaling street. Awesome location :). -Affordable, and easy access to Petaling Street bazaar. -Cheap parking space from 8.30am-6pm, 80cents/Hr. -Fair Wifi connection available for free. Near to shopping area, public transportation. the staff and the location. Well just okay but not satisfying customer relation. There are no good points in this hotel. I like a china market near the hotel. LOCATION IS GOOD, MORNING SHIFT STAFF IS EXELLENT, OPPOSITE OF NIGHT SHIFT STAFF,THAT IS VERY IGNORRANT.The positive main point of this hotel only the location is at the heart of the ctiy. The taxi taking us to the airport provided by the hotel, the taxi driver had his own stuff in the boot and there was not enough room for our luggage, its quite a way to KLIA and having to nurse heavy luggage the entire journey was not pleasent. Low water pressure, can easily hear noise from other rooms. It's kinda dangerous when you go back at the midnight. Parking space! They need to provide the lodgers free parking for staying at their hotel like coupons or something like that. the aircondition but the staff change my room to bigger and better a c. The staff during the night duty was not courteous. Rooms are in bad condition the paint in the room was peeling off. the walls of the room was also not clean. In short poor thers was maintenance standard. It was so small room without windows!!!. No window as promised. THEY WRITE ON THE WEB THAT THERE IS TRANSFER FROM AIRPORT, BUT THEY DIDHOT, WE PAY FOR THE TRANSPORT, THEY MUST REMOVE THAT ADDS,LITTLE BIT DIRTY ROOMS. Room are dirty, I stayed for 4 days, only done the room cleaning once ( moreover it was done after I did the complain). Not worth for money, average per night after tax around RM 86.5, I would rather pay more for another nearby hotel like China boutique hotel. Toilet flush was broken, and you have to use a jug to fill up the water to flush your waste.
