The staffs were very friendly and accommodating, room was clean and the size was not too bad, the hotel is near Bukit Bintang, major shopping hubs like Pavillion and other major tourist destination in KL (Petronas, twin tower was only a few minutes walk) and its near MRT (which can take you anywhere if you are adventurous) and few minutes to HOHO Bus stop which can bring you to all tourist spots in one day. They offer free breakfast. Upon request, they will clean your room. Its near Jalan Alor .
all reviews » The hotel is very clean, the staff is so kind, especially the two women, that prepare breakfast in the morning and after that work as cleaningladies. They work long hours and still remain very helpfull and kind. The location is great, near several shopping malls. Right across the hotel, on the left corner, there is this indian restaurant. They have great nasi goreng ayam! You should give it a try. For only rm6,50. Enjoy your stay. If you decide to book this hotel, tell them I said Hi :). Good location, bukit bintang within walking distance. Go KL free bus is just around the corner - which save some transport fees if u would like to go to kotaraya, pudu raya, bukit bintang area. Simple Breakfast provided for all guest. You get clean room everyday. They make your room daily. You pay budget but you get hotel services. Bravo. The guy with the moustache actually called out my name when i was a block away from the hotel and asked if i needed help, then took me to a place where he bought his lunch too. I also left my camera there after checkout and they stored it in the safe until i returned 2 days later. i love the room, it's tidy and clean. the staffs are so friendly and helpful. the location is near the mall & street food. and the important thing is i love have a breakfast for free :). Cheap. it's a budget hotel so i paid 200 $ for 8 nights as i was there for some personal business so i feel it was ok. the hotel not good for families, honeymoon. if u looking to stay with cheap prince and very close to KL CC only 10 mins walking , less than 5 mins from metro stations, 25 mins walking to old city center like china town. location is perfect but without any facility in hotel. After 2 nights stay we had cocroaches in the room and leaking water from ceiling and nobody got too excited to fix it. The staff gave me the wrong fax number and wifi password. The fax number on the keycard-holder was incorrect. Shabby neighbouring buildings/alleys, thin walls, loud noices from water pipes, poor breakfast. Taxis found it difficult to find the hotel so it's worth bringing their brochure which says that it's behind "Hotel Insata" or something along those lines!. The owner or manager was rude and not friendly or welcoming even to a paying guest. The rooms are noisy so take your earplugs with. our room was not completely cleaned when we arrived and I had to ask for towels, because there were not any in the room. The pillows and linen were not very clean. Breakfast is below average. I had expected more for the money. The surrounding is not very nice but hotel building was renovated and is OK. The cleanliness is a bit issue and the location is quite deserted, safety issue is a concern. I asked for a non smoking room but it had the smell. Room without a window. Toilet paper had been given to the evening of second day of staying. 3 dogs were around the area attacked me. bed cleanliness, sound of water pipe if anyone is using toilet. Location. Seems not safe. Cant single bed for a couple. Because i just want to economy. The room was very noisy with water pump sound every 5 to 10 min which i stay at the 4th floor.
