Staff was very kind and helpful with us. The hotel is very well located, near Masij Jamed metro station, just near litle india, very convenient to try good indian food. There are a lot for restaurant near the hotel (western and local). Only two stops to get Petronas Towers. Free good Wifi. all reviews » The room was tiny but really well designed. The shower was great, the bed was comfortable, there was water available. We were staying with our three-year-old, which was a bit crazy, but we all got in there and he liked the drop down table. It's an excellent location so we weren't in our room much. Great value for money. Amazing location, close to trains, local food, Chinatown and not far to the Hop OnOff Bus. Hot and Cold drinking water was available on each floor.A/C was quiet and modern.Although there was no window, it was OK and nice quiet room.I liked the antiques in the foyer which add to the charm of this little hotel. Everything was very good! The place looks great, very nice decorations and very clean! The bathrooms are very clean and of a good size, there's a big flat tv and good air con. I heard him say to a guest who asked about the name of the hotel "I don't know, I just work here". Which kind of sums up his attitude. The walls were thin and on the first night there was a lot of coming and going which kept us up. Only that it had no window but you can put up with this considering you are in a city . No complaints... we liked everything! ;). The place is a bit characterless considering that it is promoted as a "budget heritage hotel." Not much communal space and therefore not the best place to meet other travelers. The rooms are quite small but for the low rates they charge I wouldn't expect much more. I was alone but even though the room was a twin it still felt cramped. Noisy rooftop bar nearby made getting off to sleep difficult if you wanted an early night. Pillow in my room had a blood stain on it...the light under the sink was broken so you couldn't turn it off at night....the shower was in with the toilet with no screen so everything in the toilet would get wet when showering!. The room we stayed was too small and air-cond was lousy in the room without the window. When I sleep on the bed there's no air-cond at all and that made me uncomfortable. The bathroom should be given toiletries like soap, shower gel, shampoo, etc. nothing was there except the foam dispenser not good at all. -the TV programmes is not proper installed, not many channels. -could be better if provided some simple breakfast. Very small room, no cleaning, no normal wi-fi. The room named “double deluxe” was so small that it was impossible to open luggage inside!!! It should be single bed room, too small for two persons. My tv only had 1 Malays channel that couldn't be watched, and the other - National Geographic for Asia in English One can only take so much fishing on tv Some of the rooms have no windows but I had one I was lucky My room was discounted at the booking otherwise the price would be a real obstacle. Is not a budget hotel anymore when you added up to 10% +6% of governments taxes, and, incovinence and annoying, just to get water outside hotel, even worsed you put that waterpot just infront of that lift whereby everytime I when out it lift open automaticly. That's why we moved out to the next door hotel. Improved your tv programmes, eventhough we not stay there the day.Staff was not very helpful. The rooms are small, have to go over the bed to cross to the other side of the room.
