Love the swimming pool although it was cold(since it is in 14th or 15th floor, if I am not mistaken). The Big Apple Restaurant was also fantastic. Overall the stay in Berjaya Times square was cozy and relaxing. The area was pretty safe to move around. Will visit again and stay in this hotel. It's location is strategically in the middle of KL. Surrounded by many restaurants,shopping malls & boutiques.

I stayed in room 2122, the room was not clean, and the bed is not good. I stayed for 2 night and for the second night there are not cleaning service. This is the first and the last for me to stay in this hotel. The service are zero. There is no room service and no phone. The staff are very unfriendly. They make us wait for so long before giving us the cardkey for check in. This is the first and last my family and i will stay at this Grand Service Suite. And will not recommed this to others. There is water leaking in the bathroom,causing the floor wet all the time,not very comfort about that..and the furniture is really old.. facilities old and broken. Staff attitude was patronizing. I booked a room with 1 large bed and 1 single bed. The staff issued me a room with only 1 bed. Requested a change but staff keep delaying the change until next day. No wifi password issued for my 3 days stay. Same delaying tactics saying will send to my room but nvr did. Even has the guts to blame me for not having a local Malaysian line. Will not recommend to anyone at all. For the price, can stay at other hotels!!!. The credit card machine was broken and the agent never inform us in advance when i call him to inform him my arrival time. I was in dilemma when he said only cash payment as i never prepare enough cash and have to go out again to withdraw money. Room cleanliness is worst than 3 star hotel. room looks old and dull. the unit I was in actually own by a travel agent and they only accept CASH. RM100 for key deposit is a must. In the toilet, only two bathing towels and 3 sets of toothbrush (nothing else). You need to call the in charge when you check in and out... The service apartment need to refurbished. All old furniture. every thing is desaster, I got bed insects and I am having alergy now, I couldnt stay for more than 12 houres, no room service. 3rd bed set not comfortable. Tv too old. Hi-fi too old. Sofa too bad. Dining table unsafe due to chair is not in good condition. No reception for customer 24hours. Not valuable for the price. bad service.poor room quality with many defective appliances. Furniture & Service very poor. not clean.
