I am suppose to stay for 3 nights, however I hv to shorten my trip and requested the hotel to amend my booking. However, the hotel was unable to help as I book thru letsbookhotel.com. i love staying in this hotel..managed to go shopping on foot!!such a paradise..to save money on food..just go to Kg Baru ..scrumptious,delicious food sold at the stalls..a lot of varities at a very reasonable price..

had my dinner at a restaurant along Jalan TAR..swear not to go there anymore!!the food is costly..other than that..everything is OKAY!!!

The hotel location is not difficult to find. It's near the KL city centre gallery and Merdeka square. The hotel room is very clean even though the room is quite small. They even provide Sajadah and praying time schedule for Moslem.

The air-conditioner was very cold.

It was alright. Just that it run out of toothbrush but the 7-11 wasn't far, so I didn't mind exploring a little. In all, service is good & I'll be glad to come back KL & stay in Frenz.

The location is great. Room is very beautiful with all I need is there; iron, board, prayer mat, safety box and a small fridge. TV comes with many channels. Not to mention the wifi is extremely superb!

The compact style of the single room, although it is smaller but still comfortable. Very nice design indeed.

The bathroom door. It will be more comfortable if the bathroom door is located to the right side to make it easier for the customer to use the toilet.

The room is cosy, clean though compact without windows. The staff maintained room cleanliness and the bedding is comfortable. Housekeeping staff and porters are wonderfully helpful.

There are no windows. The adjoining room having guest with babies crying caused a bit of discomfort, otherwise everything is okay.

The hotel is situated within the train stations. Restaurants & eateries are within reach & plenty.

Too near by the roadside & its pretty noisy early in the morning as traffic starts & my room was located in lower floor.

Value for money,staff very helpful and friendly,you pay 3 star for 5 star room and services,breakfast also good and vary,will come again..sure,you will never regret!

Only one problem there is no free hotel parking for guest travel with car,the only nearest public parking will charge you max. Rm20 for every entrance from 12am to 12 pm and you have to pay rm40 if you stay for one night but still worth due 24hrs operating with watchmen.
