The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. I had problem with the locker and the staff there help me to settle it down very soon. The toilet is clean and make me feel comfort to past motion. Lolx. The environment is nice and very strategic place to all the place i want to go. Definitely will choose it for next time when i visit KL. I like Fernloft Chinatown because it is near to many tourist spots in Kuala Lumpur. It is near to Mosque, Buddhist Temple, and Hindu Temple...it got everything you need. If you like clubbing it is near to Reggae Bar.
