Very good location near the center of kl (Bukit Bintang area at 5 minutes walking , monorail stations or Go kl free bus very near also) very friendly staff : Vinay and his collegue do their best to help you (book a taxi, print a map or a check in document from internet for instance) , to give you informations (places to visit, transportations and so on) ...always with a sincere smile ! nice room in this range of price : about 20 square meter large, bed clean and comfortable (bedsheet and towels.
all reviews » You get what you paid. For a budget traveling it was very sastifactering to us. Perfect for pair stay. The room was equip with a comfortable queen size bed(we booked the deluxe room) Strong aircon, water heater and wifi. Some people may find the room abit squezy. But it didnt really bother us much as we spent most of out time outside. No doubt that the room was clean. Location was very connivence as it was near to our bus coach back to SG(in front of Berjaya Times Square) The staff recommend us. I liked the breakfast, I liked how it is clean, but on top of that I specialy liked the director Vinay, he really does a lot to please his costumer, he his very honest and pationate about his job, knowing a person like that, only help me to become a better person.. Location Location Location easy to access from the metro and 3 minute walk to the hostel, was a bit tricky to find so print off a map from goggle maps before you get here. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. There was breakfast available… Looked good as we did not eat there as we wanted to try the local food. The rooms are basic but thats all you need in KL too much to do. Close to Imbi monorail and lot of shopping malls. Reasonable price with fair enough services. A bit extra power to take a walk up the stairs. Free & good breakfast (toast, Oats, boiled egg, tea and coffee). Lot of chinese and malay restaurants around. Water pressure is good for hot shower. I plan to stay again with them when I visit kl. Great location for shopping. Very near the monorail for good transport links. Staff friendly and willing to help out where possible. Really nice public lounge - has a microwave, kettle, hot water etc. Relatively easy to find via their instructions. The good outweighs the bad though for backpackers!. The position is great (very close to Berjaya Times Square mall) and the price is really convenient given the location and the chance to have private bathroom and airconditioning in some rooms. Despite being a guesthouse / hostel, it feels very safe to stay there. Laundry service very efficient. We had a great time at this hostel. The owner Vinay is a real host and wants to make everybody happy. He has given us a lot of tips about Kuala Lumpur and surrounding area. Every day he made a roadmap of the route by subway, bus or train. We will definitely go back here on our next visit to KL!. Very clean rooms and bathroom, friendly staff at the reception, and the location was very close to where the bus from Singapore dropped us off, which was very convenient seeing that we arrived at 3am in the morning. It's walking distant to times square and the monorail.The staff is friendly and available at all times.The breakfast is simple but filling.The most value for money hotel I've ever stay!. The staff is focused, committed to their work and objectives.. They are patient, friendly and you almost feel you are in your home...Very smart people.. The area is just at the back of Berjaya Times Square, which is an easy access to the monorail, shopping and the bus going to Singapore. They have a lovely living room where all guests can sit on the couch and watch television if you want. Coffee or tea are available all day long in the kitchen. The rooms are clean and come with air-con and window too.Some rooms have attached bathrooms and some are shared depending on your choice of room. Free and speedy WiFi is available.The location is perfect, right across the time square shopping center and the monorail sta. The friendly guy I met on check out was super nice and let me store my bag for a few days without any problems. It was close to the Imbi monorail stop and right behind the Times Square Mall. the cost/benefit and the very polite staff :-). This is my second time staying in this hotel. There's been some additions to make it more homely. Things like a toiletries holder in the bathroom, and pictures and a wall clock in the room itself. Nice touches added. It'd have been nicer if the clock was working, though.. The location is very near from the center of the city. The staff was awesome, good service. Helpful staff. My room didn t have windows (I mean a window with a view outside , actually there was a windows with view on the corridor and closed by a curtain ) ...but I knew this point before I booked (I was not surprised or cheated ). There wasn't any mirror in the room except for the toilet that causes inconvenience to us ladies(for makeup etc) There wasn't any shelf in the toilet for us to place our toiletries. Ps.. They should change their door noob because people from outside can peek thru the hole. But it wasn't much of a problem as it can still be covered up if you were to stuff tissue into the hole to cover. All of the shared showers needed a bit more room and some of the shower doors did not look properly. The room absolutely stunk - very very badly. Need to update their key system for rooms. Cramped shower room. No toiletries provided at all and no shelves or storage area in bathroom for make up or shavers etc. Nothing. The cleanliness can be improve. Bathroom facilities quite basic and a bit tiny. Could not accept payment by credit card. The window was indoor. The room was a little small with little air. The bathroom is ok but the sewer sticks. Sheets and bed was relatively clean but we spotted a big cockroach in the room (don't think it was the hotel's fault) and that was not very pleasant. On check in my toilet was not clean, someone had used it, not flushed it and left wee on the seat. The room didn't overall feel clean but sheets were fine. The bathroom was quite simple. A shower screen could help preventing the bathroom to become wet when showering. The room is too small, no tv in the room. I stayed in a twin room, share bathroom. The room is tiny. But I think it's reasonable for the price. The mattress is a little hard & the blanket so thin (looks like a towel). The share bathroom is not clean & don't have any hanger. The directions from the hostel were not very clear and we ended up walking for about 40 minutes searching for the place. The room had some type of fleas...we told management after we checked out and they said they fumigated the room. Without insulation, you can hear the water pipes for every flush or shower that is on. Management said they were going to fix that too. somebody used the common toilet sink for food preparation ! But the hotel cannot be blaimed for People's bad manners. Stayed in a triple room. Window wasn't facing the street, unlike their double room which I stayed in, some time back. The place is very poor, room is extremely small, a/c was not working properly.. You may pay few dollars and stay in 3 stars hotel. Condition of the room is terrible. The shower isn'nt working well. The damp in my room The very dirty sheets; thankfully I brought along a sleeper. Also didn't appreciate the loud films played at night by staff.
