Nice staff, Nice room, Nice parking service... The staff is so nice and helpful, good location for shopping and food, and they had reserve a parking for us, when come back from other place, can park directly, room very nice compare with many KL 4 or 5 star hotel...Excellent!! I'll be back~~. Very good for shopping as it is just located beside 1Borneo. Staff are friendly and approachable, and the room rates are reasonable.

A convenient location just beside the 1 Borneo Shopping Mall. Just next to the biggest shopping mall in Kota Kinabalu. Nice place to stay within all nearby shopping outlets. The toilet is too open and not suitable when bringing along children and prefer more choice for the buffet breakfast. breakfast - no variety swimming pool - water too cool, kids cannot stand. only for parking.if we stay there supposed no need to pay the parking.quit expensive for parking rate. Internet never work for my 4 days stay. I requested mandarin newspaper, but never send to room, after I change from English on first day at reception desk. Because the service is very poor, especially from the house keeping. Reception section was good and very informative, but still needs lots of improvement. I don't have any issue with the Receptionists. However, I was offended by the fact that one of your jockey was asking me to remove the parking barrier when I was trying to move in. Such a shock! There is no reason your jockey should ask a guest to do his job. The gentleman has almost spoiled everything. The room is not v comfortamble. The bathroom outlet blocked and when bathing the water overflows on to the toilet. Disgusting. The hot water system is not working. V poor maintanence. No breakfast.room too small. The room is full of smoke smell, unable to clean by the hotel cleaner and there is no other room available for change. Forced to sleep in the room and felt uneasy. No parking at all. I wont be coming back to stay in this hotel...too many flaws.
