Location is good since we had to take ok the flight in early morning. They were installing the hair dryers in every room during our stay but our room is not yet finished. The staff is nice to lend us one.

family room is a bit too small, busy street and difficult to find car park.
My charger was not working and they did not have an adapter to make sure I could charge my phone.
It takes long time to go to downtown, not so convenience, and I've been contacted with hotel staff for airport shuttle via email, but no one come to pick up us as we had waited in airport for 30 mins, that's too bad!.

no hanger for customer to choose do not disturb or clean the room, after told receptionist about don't clean the room, the room was still cleaned, privacy was disturb and perhaps valuable things may lost due to the mistake of the receptionist or cleaner. no absorb fan in the toilet may lead to smelly atmosphere. smelly corrido6r.
We arrived at 1:00AM, but NO ROOMS were available. My booking was ignored by the hotel or not noticed. Waited 30 mins for cleaning the renovation room #501, but it was still full of dust and paint was not dried yet. so they thanksfully assisted us to find other hotel at 2:00AM. It was most horrible trip ever.
