very close to shopping area, night market and seafood stall. If i want to only go shopping and enjoy seafood in Kota Kinabalu, i definitely stay here again. Value for money too.

The location is great - opposite to Pasar Filipin, walking distance to most places.

the hotel is very near to philipine market where make us esay to get food there.we also can just relax first at hotel and then we can start our "journey" to philipine market without taking a car

Very close to philipine market-just in front of the hotel. Then, everynight have night market. Just 10 min drive to jesselton point and gaya street market.

Fishy smell because downstair of the hotel tehere is a shop selling dried seafood. Old furniture.
