Very prompt responses and services rendered by Mdm Debbie and Mdm Gloria. Apartment and parking securities were excellent. Rooms are big, very clean, and tidy. Couldn't ask for more. Same building with the 1Borneo Hypermall, and a 10-15 mins drive to KK town, close to Alamesra for shops and restaurants etc. Very convenient spot to stay. You can find almost everything without driving. Plenty of room space which suitable for big group or family.

Staying there was a comfort for my family and I had no worries when my kids went shopping at 1Borneo by themselves. Nice place, good location which is below the mall to eat & shopping. Easy access to almost all. I like the view from the tower B apartment. great place to stay we enjoy it. 1 Borneo shopping complex. Provide WiFi services. more choice. comfortable with the price. Had to check in late in the evening due to traffic hold up. Staff were very polite and helpful to provide information and ensured that I was familiar with the security access etc. Location of apartment to the mall was ideal as getting to the mall was all undercover and not exposed to the weather at all despite the heavy rains ongoing. Security access is not perfect, but provides a good level of confidence that your vehicle is safe and sound.the environment there is nice, very quite and very comfortable. But going out to town is quite far, if don't have transport, is quite hard to go out. We stay that units is good, coz hv washing machine.. You will know it until you stay this appartment as comfort and nice place.Shopping is practically around the corner. The swimming pool is brilliat especially for children. The kitchen is well stock with the utensils needed for basic cooking and family of 8. Its secure to stay as without the security card you cant have access to the lift. you'll get ur bed clean every morning so dont leave your valuable laying around. (1) The fact that the caretaker changed the shower curtains when we complained about them - the old shower curtains in both bathrooms were extremely mouldy and disgusting...!! (2) Conveniently located beside the One Borneo Mall where there were lots of eating places and shops. (3) Taxi fare to the Ocean Seafood Restaurant in the city was RM30.00 (one-way). The location is convenient just besides the 1 Borneo Shopping Mall. The location was great with nice view and spacious apartment.1. Comfortable & spacious room 2. Clean 3. Good amenities 4. Value-for-money. The unit has 2 bedrooms with a big living room. The matresses could have been a little softer. The view over the balconies was good. Nothing. WIFI internet is very weak (altho, the room was located besides the office). Cable TV was also not available, but, it was not too bad at all. Probably from the bathroom, there's some unpleasant smell when first enter the premises. May be is because my unit is not directly expose to sunlight. The lift is terrible. I have to wait for max 30 minutes and min is 10 minutes to get to the floor I wanted. Does not have room service or any food delivery. More like staying in a condo concept. Elevator. expenses too high. have to give 2 pass card. Apartment could have be fitted with the following for a better experience; 1) Microwave 2) Towel rack/hooks in the toilet 3) Window inside shower not ideal, it exposes too much. 4) Better range of pots/pans 5) Wardrobe to keep clothes 6) Sofa covers needs to be washed 7) Bidet hose had to be changed it leaked badly, no maintenance crew to fix the hose at night. Cleaning crew to check all the fittings after previous tenant has vacated. wifi is not connected, can't online. . No comment just only one acess card. Better improve. No means to contact the room service for assistant. We have to use our own phone to call them & made our request even when we want to check in & check out. Very inconvenience. The other room that fitted with 1 double bed & 1 single bed is crampy. TV channels very limited thus children is complaining. We are sure further improvement can be made. There is also a need for trolley so that we do not have to made multiple trip to carry our luggage especially during check out. (1) From the outside, the place looked rather rundown and dodgy. (2) The apartment did not have a microwave oven, nor small cooking pots/pans. It had a huge wok and a huge flat frying pan instead. (3) The fabric sofa covers were clearly soiled - my children (all over 17 years of age), and us, refused to sit on the sofas...!!. Some facilities in the said apartment are wear and tier such us the shower head is broken and leaked of water when turn on the shower. Socket plug in the master bedroom was not properly screw up on the wall. It will be danger for young child who might accidently touch the wire. The poor water pressure in the shower and a badly designed bathroom with an inefficient hot water system. No bell boy to carry our luggage..it's difficult for us to carry our heavy luggage.. Limited house keeping unless request they will come..Room was cleaned only once in our 4 day stay. No toilet paper top-up No bathroom mats No ASTRO No internet access. No one was at the reception to welcome us after a long flight. The receptionist told us that service apartment tenants must contact another no. Was met by somebody after making a series of calls. Lots of construction/renovation works around, quite noisy at times. One has to find out where the pool is located and where to park the car. If you have a family, entering the lift area to get to yr unit is troublesome as only one access card is provided. The apartment look old,when we check one of the window cannot close,no wifi accesss in our room,tv only show few Channel,room is very smelly,smell coming frm the draining hole of washing machine. The door leading to mall close at 10,found it difficult to go to the 24 hrs shop at the mall.
