It was centrally located to the night market, shops, restaurants and bus station and 15min walk to Thai consulate. Mat and his staff were amazing, very friendly and extremely helpful. There was wifi available and a massive collection of films to watch.

Located at level 3, it's a bit hard for traveller with big baggage.
Freshwater system/bath.. the water presure too slow.. unhappy when i want to refresh myself but, the water.....hrmmmm.

There was no real cooking facilities. Only boiling water available for tea and coffee. The fridge was always locked and only Mat has the key. He likes to sleep in and go out a lot ;) . Oh and instant coffee and tea bags would be better OR provide the necessary cafetiere.
