  The facilities in the room like 5 stars hotel. The shower and bathtub in the bathroom are so impressive. All staff are very friendly. The room service staff who is wearing badge number 17 also very nice spoken to me. The Fine Dining Restaurant also has excellent menu especially Western food. The price of the room is very affordable. The television also had many channels and the reception for all the channels was clear. The breakfast was also ala-carte so this saved us from eating too much. There was also a sofa that could be turned into a flat mattress. The hotel is also located near some halal restaurants but you do have to use a car to reach all these places.

  Upon my arrival a welcome drink was served and I was attended with very friendly staffs. Along the way I was tour around on a buggy before reaching my Villa. The interior of the villa was welly designed and decorated. The amenities provided was well planned. The most impressed me is the welcome card with a complimentary fruit on the desk.   All the staffs I met from the time I checked in to checked out, all of them extended attentive, friendly , speedy and provided the services to us as a client needed. I am particularly impressed with the security service. I did not noticed his name tag as I was very busy carrying my mum from the wheel chair into the taxi. He is a Chinese gentlemen ... what people say » on duty on 10th March around 8.30pm. The taxi driver refused to send me and my mum to the destination because of her wheel chair could not fit into th - Everything here! The room is clean and nice, the bedsheets and blankets etc are all clean and the breakfast is awesome! Parking within hotel compound is provided too. I would say we enjoyed the time we had there and wished we could stay a little longer. Really value for money.

  I learnt about this place from letsbookhotel.com, while looking for a high-rated, but inexpensive hotel in the north of Ipoh. Been there and done it all in a day, I can say there isn’t much for a tourist at Ipoh, save the Kek Look Tong (Cave temple), so anybody headed there would most probably be either passing through, visiting friends or on busi... what people say » ness. And for any of these, De Hotel is ‘De Place’ to stay. We reached Ipoh from KLIA by Star Shuttle (3 hrs plus and RM 42/31 Adult/Kid) and took a t - Staffs are warm, helpful, and friendly. The pathway going into our room is sight-calming, luxurious as it is. Room is very clean and spacious, same goes to the toilet. Tv has few premium channels just enough as a bed time story. Overall it is excellent, would definitely come back next trip, it is kind of new too! Ps: A strategic place just beside the roundabout, and easily access to maybank and cimb just few steps away!

  At first we were curious to view many negative comments in this site before we decided give it a try......and it opened up our eyes and its absolutely its a fantastic budget hotel in a strategic location !! Kudos!! Its near to highway, lots of f n b, near to Jusco and Tesco jus walking distance, near to Lost World of Tambun and there are many hawk... what people say » er stalls which operates late till midnight ! Staffs are friendly and helpful too. We not so agree with some earlier comments on this hotel which is n - Friendly staffs!! Very helpful. Strategic location, walking distance to big shopping centre and local food center. The best Is this area got many fun pub and Cafe. Room not big but nice design, similar to cititel hotel, mid valley.
