The room is so nice and it is near with Alor Setar Mall. Easy to shopping and have plenty of food stalls around the hotel.

Very clean and although basic had all the facilities we needed. Close to fhe Alor Star Mall and eating places.

A fridge would have been good - we feel it is an essential rather than a luxury in such a hot the country.

Guests were not informed of water supply disruption and had no water for morning washing, and making milk for babies. Hotel should have contingency plans.

Very clean and definitely perfect for those who are on budget. Excellent location, very close to the highway.

The receptionist on duty was a little bit slow and doesn't really understand English. He speaks very strong & odd accented Malay which I barely understood.

The place is clean and very near to alor star mall.as I am frm alor star I find far from the town centre.

We need to leave our shoes when enter thr hotel. This the first time we encounter such thing. Ironing had to be done downstair near the reception.

Lots of Dogs around the hotel.. The room too small..not worth of staying. wasted RM224!
