  The room was lovely, had a pretty view and was clean. The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful, and the hotel offered a free shuttle service to and from the port. I would definitely stay here again, and would recommend the hotel to fellow travellers, even though it was outside our budget. The hotel had a European feel to it. My family walked up to the lighthouse and it was wonderful. The Rampa de Guia leading up to the lighthouse was just beside the hotel. There was a very old, small chapel at the foot of the lighthouse. We also had a good walk to the city center from our hotel.

  I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were welcoming and efficient. My room, which was large and comfortable, was on the 14th or so floor and had a lovely view over the inner harbour. It's located near to the Guia Lighthouse, so you need a taxi or it's a good walk to St Paul ruins etc - not a problem though. Can't comment on the pool/spa etc as didn'... what people say » t have time to use these facilities - looked fine. - the location was excellent ,the premium room was spacious and well laid out,the complimentary breakfast in the main lobby was very fresh and delicious

  First of all, what I liked most at Best Western Sun Sun is the warm reception extended to us by the Filipino staff aside from the affordability and cleanliness of the hotel. Second, is the hotel location that is very near the public bus stations and free casino shuttle services for City of Dreams / Venetian Macau resort & casino. And most of all, it is very near - Clean rooms, great view from our room, very helpful staff and close to the city center. You can get there by bus (#3a) from the ferry terminal (coming from Hong Kong) and get off at the last stop. There is even a great bakery on the side street that sells those delicious egg tarts for $5 (cheaper and much better than downtown)

  The staff are nice and friendly, the room s are very new and modern. They provide bathtub in the bathroom. We booked a triple room and the room is big enough. For a hostel in such a rate, it 's far better than what I have expected. The location is good, not exactly in the centre but if you walk slowly it just take you around 10 mins. The room is very clean, comfortable , with nice facilities in the room. The staffs are very nice ,friendly and helpful. We are really impressed the warm welcome of staffs .
