The hotel offers convenient access to the vast Venetian Macau complex, and is located in the Sands Cotai Central complex, which has a large selection of shops and restaurants. Shuttle buses take you to the airport, ferry terminals, and border crossings. Our room was nice and clean, with simple-but-tasteful decor. Very wide selection and good quality at breakfast. Stayed at the most expensive Holiday Inn Cotai next door immediately after my stay at the Sheraton Cotai, and missed the Sheraton rig

Don't be confused by the name Holiday Inn. This is a truly upscale and nice place, no worse than all the other 5-star hotels (Venetian, Conrad, Hard Rock, ...) around it. The only thing about this hotel you can associate with Holiday Inn is its pricing. The hotel actually prices itself quite a bit lower than its neighbors there.

Our Grand Suite was huge, sophisticated and luxurious. The large spa bath overlooked a great view across the Wynn and Lisboa hotels. Especially dramatic at night with all the lights. Lovely large comfortable bed. Even a kitchen area with free soft drinks, beer and water. Great breakfast in a very attractive restaurant. Staff were courteous and helpful. Couldn't fault it.
