  The location was fantastic, just minutes from Bay Rock and the Corniche, room was great size and really comfortable but very best thing about this hotel was the staff. I had some emergency paperwork that needed to be completed and Joyce and the other front desk staff were beyond amazing at making whatever I needed happen.   I stayed for two nights in a grand deluxe room with sea view and it was really amazing. A quite room with a full kitchen staff. The room was very clean had a balcony also. The staff was friendly and helpful. Free wifi. I would really recommend everyone going to Beirut to stay in this hotel. - The staff was welcoming and helpful.
