  The location was fantastic, just minutes from Bay Rock and the Corniche, room was great size and really comfortable but very best thing about this hotel was the staff. I had some emergency paperwork that needed to be completed and Joyce and the other front desk staff were beyond amazing at making whatever I needed happen. The area is quiet the room was spacious and found out I was upgraded for free.. and definitely a 5 star treatment.. plus easy access to everything around you since its the center of beirut, ..
