The hotel is fine under almost every perspective: good location; rooms are wide, well furnished and endowed with all needed facilities; housekeeping is accurate. The staff proved themselves professional and helpful. A special mention goes to Keota (hope I'm spelling well), the lady in charge with the relationships with the guests: well, she's exquisite, attentive and really caring of her guests and of maintaining the hotel's good standards.

Really sweet staff who couldn't do enough to help without being overbearing. Great location and could walk to nearly everything. Lovely breakfast and made veggie rice for us the next day as we told them we didn't eat meat. The room was very clean and had a nice balcony. It was really near the night market and the Mekong River and all the bars and resaurants you could want. I highly recommend it.
