Convenient, Value for Money, Veiw. I liked the location and view. Location is acceptable. Ok for service, comfort for room price. Rather large room. Proximity to city centre and Mekong riverside. Internet connection. I had an issue with the front desk staff ( Ms Mo Thip ) and asked to talk with hotel manager. She said he is not available. I said Okay, I would talk to him. She said do you speak French ? He does not speak English. Therefore the guest with an issue became helpless if does not speak french !.
