This is a lovely hotel. The staff are very sweet and professional. I was greeted with a welcome drink and a delicious cut up mango, both creatively displayed. The layout of the grounds is well engineered with a terrace for breakfast/ hanging out that overlooks the pool and the gardens. A nice stroll through the hotel gardens takes you to the bank of the river. The pool is very refreshing after hot days meandering around on foot or (free) bikes. My room was well designed and styled with a relaxing, peaceful motif. Breakfast was great: croissants/bread, yogurt/cereal, Lao food, cheese/ham, and excellent coffee. Luang Prabang itself is such a quaint and idyllic spot and this hotel perfectly compliments its surroundings.

Good location and lovely setting away from the main town, therefore it is nice and quiet. Easy access to town, especially with bike provided. Comfortable and friendly staff and was good to have a pool.

The shower head was spurting water in all directions while having a shower. A simple thing that can be replaced. Shower floor was flooding while showering. Either drainage pipe too small or it is blocked.

We really loved this hotel. The room and bathroom were beautiful, with a nice balcony looking out over the green garden. The swimming pool was a nice opportunity to cool down after a hot day in Luang Prabang. The staff is very helpfull. Although the city centre is a bit far from te hotel, you can borrow bikes for free, and they provide a shuttle bus to the centre three times a day.

The hotel is very nice and really gives you the feeling of being in a tropical paradise. Although is located away of the hustle and bustle of the city, there is no problem to walk to the center. The rooms were big and clean and fruits and water were provided to us complimentary. The breakfast is very good and we tried as well the restaurant for lunch and dinner and enjoyed everything. The tuna sandwich is divine.

The hotel offered complimentary transfer from the airport but nobody was waiting for us although I sent them all details. Nevertheless this was not a big issue since we called the hotel and in 5 min they were in the airport to pick us up.

The hotel is located somewhat at the outskirts of the city, in a busy street. But the city and the countrysite are well within reach, especially when you use the good bikes provided by the hotel for free.

The room space was large and convenient and the view from the terrace was nice. A lot of complementary water. free bike for every guest and very helpful staff.

room need a bit of fixing and plane noise from the nearby airport (although not a lot of plane). not enough pool chair on the deck.

From the moment we arrived until we left it was a 'dream'. The owner was so obliging and friendly always checking to make sure all was ok as we're the smiling staff. The food in the restaurant was so good we ate in every night before going by shuttle to the wonderful ethnic night markets. The pool was great and the rooms so clean with balconies. One of the best hotels we've stayed in during Asian travels.

The resort was very well run and organised. The staff were excellent and always tried to assist and answer questions. The grounds were well maintained and wonderful. Bicycles were available.

Like most of Asia most meals were stir fried. Would prefer other cooking methods.

Attractive resort with beautiful gardens. The accommodation was lovely, great balconies with beautiful views of the grounds. bathrooms had a rustic feel but were well equipped with all you need. Staff very friendly, food was good and breakfast had a plentiful selection.

Location could put people off but the bamboo bridge makes the centre of town a 10 minute walk away...note it is not here in rainy season as the river washes it away.

The hotel is a really hidden gem. I love everything about it: a little bit outside of the center, spacious place beside Nam Khan river, nice wooden houses, a huge garden and a pool... It's really relaxing place that I can stay in the whole day. The hotel has bicycles so you can bike to the town, and it's around 5 minutes bike.

Hotel set in beautiful grounds with lovely private day beds overlooking the river. It is peaceful and tranquil with the added benefit of a pool to cool off in. Staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. Breakfast was very good and nice fresh roasted coffee was an added bonus. Free bicycle hire and transport to town provided.

Location wasn't central but you could walk over the bamboo bridge to the main town area in ten minutes. Found out that the hotel offers free airport transfers but wasn't told this and paid 50,000 kip to transfer from airport, would be nice to inform customers of this useful service.

Despite being a little way out of town (5-10 min walk) My Dream Boutique is perfectly positioned to make you feel like the are staying in the tree tops. Very friendly staff and we were impressed that the manager works schools/rotary clubs in Australia to improve education in Laos.

Beautiful hotel in luang prabang. Spoke to the manager and found they that had upgraded us from the Bungalow which we booked to the Bungalow Suite at no extra charge, and that was a very pleasant surprise. Nice pool and dining area for guests to relax, and a large garden with little huts to watch the riverside. Free bicycles are provided to the city centre.

Nothing at all, other than that the hotel was 20minutes late when fetching me at the airport. Anyway this was complimentary and I found they had some vehicular problems on route to fetching us, so it was not an issue. Great hotel, maybe a little expensive for lp, but I think it's worth it.

My Dream Resort was all we hoped it would be. Situated out of town in a great setting, it's an easy walk(15 mins) or bike ride into the centre. It's quiet and comfortable. The rooms are nicely decorated and the addition of a fan as well as aircon was great. The staff are all very welcoming and happy to help with any request. The free use of the bikes was really appreciated as was the sparkling clean pool. Breakfast was varied and tasty.

We loved the location. It was very peaceful nestled in off one of the local streets on the oposite side of the river from the town. It was an easy walk into town across the bamboo bridge and equally fun to ride around on the hotel bikes. The shuttle service was well run ie airport pick ups and drop offs and regular service into town and back to the hotel in the evening. There was a strong committment to the local community - Paper made at nearby paper making artisan and the use of natural wood in rooms and furniture. Breakfasts were good and other meals delicious, we loved the spring rolls! The staff were always friendly and helpful.

-The staff were very attentive and nice (they took charge of following up with Vietnam Airlines about my delayed luggage) -the food at the restaurant was good (not fantastic, but good and adequately priced), the breakfast was good too. -The room was ample and clean, I think they all have nice balconies. -The pool was great -free bicycles come in very handy to compensate for the location (about 10 minutes by bike to main part of town) -lots of free bottled water -help with booking tours

-Mosquitoes! -It seems expensive for laos, but we insisted on getting a place with a pool and there is a big price difference there. -As a suggestion to the hotel I would say they could have a standard email to send to all who book advising them about the tours and about the fact that elephant village needs to be booked in advance (we werent able to book with elephant village, but we got a tour with the other operator which was fine in the end).

everything! The staff is working very hard to make sure your stay is a pleasant and enjoyable as possible. The staff is very personable and makes you feel at home. The facilities are very nice, and its an easy, short walk to the other side of the river and the old town area. Bikes are free for guests or they would help you hire a motorbike or driver is needed.

We loved our peaceful cabin, my husband worked on our balcony each morning, with a view of a lovely garden, felt like we were the only ones there. Very tranquill.

Really lovely staff who go out of their way to help you. Hotel is nicely styled with good attention to detail. Food is very good and well priced. Loved the garden setting by the river. Very high service level for small hotel. I stayed in a bungalow room which was comfortable with lovely terrace facing the garden and river. There is a nice pool and comfortable loungers. They even provide sunhats for hot days. Overall a lovely place to stay.

It is separated from main town by the river. They provide a free shuttle into town in the evenings, if they could do this in the morning as well that would make access to town so much easier and make it sn even more perfect place to stay.

Swimming Pool Setting 5 minute walk to Bamboo Bridge, which is cute experience

Breakfast was so-so. Poor Coffee, but they make beautiful fresh mint tea. Breakfast really catered for a westerner and their choices, but isnt really necessary. Reduce the choice and specialise. Make the tourists adapt would be our recommendation.

the hotel was delightful.individual well designed and fitted out. the pool was a bonus and the staff were amazing although language barriers were difficult at times. especially when trying to order food. the rooms whilst not large had everything one needed and the laundry service was excellent.

lack of menu choice. would be nice to have a different menu of the day as many guests after busy long days out chose to eat in and choice was limited for an evening meal.

Nice clean bungalow style accommodation with a balcony overlooking manicured tropical type grounds. Good location away from the hub bub but within walking distance of the main eating shopping area. Pleasant staff that were very helpful . Pickup and transfer to airport. Free use of pushbikes . Really relaxing and mostly quiet. Nice cool temperatures in early morning and temp increased after lunch.

Drainage in shower could be better but a nice rainhead on the shower.

very nicely decorated

the location is inconvenient - when we went there the bamboo bridge was still not there, so it was quite a walk to the city center, there were no tuk tuks to get in there and the return was pricey. hotel has complimentary transport but only 3 times per day to the town and 2 to return. it was very loud during the whole stay - there is a disco next door, couldn't sleep properly any night we staid there they didn't reply to email requesting the supposedly complimentary pick up from the airport

Great breakfast variety. Beautiful interior design in wood. Free bike rental and taxi pick up from/to the airport.

You can hear the aircon from other guests at night and if you are a light sleeper this will wake you up. There was a misunderstanding in us prolonging our stay, which meant that we had to find another hotel despite our friends staying at My Dream Boutique Resort.
