Sometimes, waiters in the resturant (silk road) were a bit slow in serving. once they delayed our order (only soup) for more than 45 minutes

Very luxurious, very friendly and capable service, good atmosphere.

Location sucks if you don't have transport, food and drinks in the restaurant are completely overpriced, staff is so eager to please it gets annoying after a short while.

فندق فخم وموقع مميز واطلالة من اللوبي على المسبح والبحر رائعه جدا ووجود مدخل من الخلف للمسبح وللبحر مباشرة وافطار الفندق كان ممتاز جدا ومتنوع بالنسبة للسعر حصلت من موقع بوكنج على سعر خيالي ارخص من الفندق مباشرة .

عدم وجود عوازل صوت في الغرف حيث انك تسمع صوت من يسكن في الغرف المجاوره لك بشكل واضح مما اجبرنا على التحدث بصوت منخفض منعا للاحراج والازعاج

- Front desk staff - Check-out - Valet Parking staff - Food & Drink Policy has to be clear for everyone before the reservation is made. The policy says no food and drinks from out is allowed, even a bottle of water!!!! Unfortunately, the alternatives was very poor. - I didn't felt that I was in a 5 star hotel!! Specially with the front desk staff treatment.

I really liked the stay in Regency Kuwait. Out standing facilities complelmented with excellent and friendly atitude by all working staff. Honestly commend the managemnt for having suhc collaborateing and customer orianted team.

Other than the main high way the streets and roads are in terrible shape. Some of the local attraction lacks cleaness and discipline.

The marble in the lobby and the rooms, especially the bath rooms is very nice looking. The beach is vey nice and private, although small. Also, the swimming pools are nice. The b/f is nice, not top, but it is ok.

The price is very very expensive for its class! The wifi net at the rooms is very weak, in our 2nd room it is almost not there at all! Some of the staff have very bad treatment to the guests, but some are very good.

everything was perfect, we had 2 deluxe rooms with conected door, the room was large and spacious, the bed was really comfortable, the bathroom top of luxury, we enjoyed our stay in this hotel

the only thing I didnt like in this hotel, they dont allow us to enter the food and the drinks, even the water!!

- Not enough choices of restaurants - The room given to me (#110) was below ground level, with a view of a parking lot and villa construction. - Most luxury hotels have free pickup service from Airports to Hotel and vice versa. I had to pay for both.

The room was very good. The pool and ocean was clean and nice.

I did not like that I could not bring a sandwich r a any type of food in to the hotel, as when I looked at the roles of the hotel when I made my booking it did not say anything about that but when I arrived over there I was told I cant bring any food or drinks like coffee or anything else I can only buy it from the hotel. I did feel that I was trapped since I already made the reservation and flow 14 hours from the us to Kuwait and had no choice but to agree. So that I did not like.

The hotel refurbishment was extremely impressive. Breakfast was amazing including the highly dedicated staff. Business center was very supportive and cooperative.

Charging my visa card couple of days prior to arrival although booking was made with free cancelation till 24 hrs.

I like every thing in this hotel , its luxury , family , love the pool for woman , nice lobby , excellent staff , and for sure good prices

There is no spa ! also there is pool for children but there is no playground for them so they should swim all the day ;p they should have games and playground for them . also the hotel turn off all the lights outside @2 am ! we want to stay outside until the sunrise but there is no lights ;\

I liked the service, they take care of you from the time entering the hotel plus they take your comment and they immediately try to fix or do what customer need is.

They are bit slow once you order something like adaptor basically housekeeping

The suit number 405 is very good , very big excelant bathrooms , in room dinning is great too , breakfast is excelant .

The swimming pool u can't swim with bikini or one pice u have to swim with long shorts and t.s for ladies .
