We stayed for 3 nights from 28 to 30 Nov and then went on a land tour. We came back to stay one more night on 7 Dec. We were able to leave some of our luggage at the hotel. The location is ideal and the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially with our reservations for restaurants since we do not speak Korean. One staff member even helped us move our luggage to the taxi when leaving for the airport.

I liked that is was so easy to get to from the airport just hop on the 6015 bus which was easy to find, and it takes you right to the hotel. This is important if you don't know Seoul and have just gotten off a long haul flight. I would stay there again as it was in the centre of the town but we only had one night so not much time to get about sigh

Fabulous staff -- professional, friendly and extremely helpful, a really topnotch crew. Perfect location right at the airport bus express stop and close to the train station and Metro. Plenty of shops and restaurants are nearby as is a big market. Our room was clean and comfortable. We were really happy here.

This hotel is a good deal price vs. quality in an overall expensive city like Seoul. The Yaksam metro station is 7 min walk and Gangnam alone is worth visiting.
The room is very cool, with modern design and every single thing you might need for your stay, from shower gel to creams that I did not even know what they're for. Add to this clean and comfortable and you've got the perfect hotel in Seoul.
