Location is excellent! It's @ the heart of Seoul famous shopping region. Airport bus stop is in front of the hotel. Hotel is 5mins walk to Subway. Within walking distance to Seoul Tower cable car station. Sejong hotel organizes group walking trail for free. Recommended for any kind of travelers particularly families with young children. - Surprise upgrade by the hotel, upon check-in, to a suite - Friendly staff who help us with all questions relating to places to visit including some good suggestions on how to plan the route to take - All in it was a fair price to pay for such a location with most sightseeing places being relatively close.

The location is excellent, zero distance to metro station and airport bus stop is right in front of the hotel, very convenient. What i love the modt is the accessibility... Most especially the airport bus! It stops right in front of the hotel! Also mealtime is never a problem... Yet, the hotel is pleasingly quite and nice. Nice view overlooked to N-seoul tower from my room. Very convenient to assess Meongdong and airport transfer right at doorstep. Special thanks to the housekeeping team and the manager of the team. They have been really helpful and responsible. Location is excellent, very convenient as the bus stop and subway are just right in front of hotel. Location is best Right in front of the airport bus station. Room was sufficiently spacious. The hotel is little old. We would have preferred room with carpeted floor. The bathroom is quite cramp with low ceiling. During our stay, under the bed was quite dusty and was not cleaned properly. The fact that different charges were imposed for stay during the weekend , although we do appreciate the upgrade to a suite. The room was a little stuffy, bed was not as comfortable as expected. Requested a non-smoking room. But they don't have a non-smoking room at the time when we check in. Nothing. They could have included coffee sachets in their complementary beverage instead of tea only. Most international travellers would prefer a choice of either. Room design looks old but practical. Room was so hot even after 2 days of switching off the heater and opened window when it was 4 degree outside. Requested for a fan in my room in the end. The room smelled stuffy when we checked in. We complained and they sprayed something and was better. Also under the cot and unseen places were too many dusts. Cleanliness need to be better especially since it is not a new hotel. The walls are a little bit thin - can hear other guests when they talk a little more loudly. The facility is a little bit old but still clean and comfortable. We had to call housekeeping on the first night's stay because the toilet wouldn't flush properly and the bidet wasn't working. Room a little out dated and barhroom was very basic. When booking I requested early check-in, but we settled after two .. although I had previously written about the early check-in, which was very uncomfortable after a long 7 hour flight and drive to the airport with young children. So is not like that breakfast is not included. They always forgot a drinking water in my room (3 bottles per day ). Hotel room without sound proof, can hear the hotel guest talking & even handphone ring. - a bit warm in hotel lobby - wifi very weak - pillows not comfortable. Transfer of escalator Old Little smelly. Did not have air conditioning and had to request for a fan. Hotel is old.
