Reception staff was excellent. Very polite and very helpful. Location fantastic and convenient, with the Seonjeongneung subway station (Bundang line) literary on the doorstep of the hotel. Line 9 of the subway is being extended and in the future, Seonjeongneung station will be an interchange station on both these lines. Breakfast was limited in choice and variety but was of a very good quality and plentiful. The kal airport limousine stops right outside the hotel and cost 15,000 Wons.

Due to the high traffic and the construction site next to the hotel it was quite loud in the room. The noise level was lower during evenings as during the mornings. food not good, especially dinner buffet. The amenities are bit old, it's about time to upgrade. Metro station far away. Room needs to be renovated. AC needs to be serviced. Has a complicated central control box for lights and AC, could not figure out till end. Has to screw off the bulb to turn it off. The safe box was non functioning could't be replaced till last. Requested for Iron/stand could't get till 5th day. The phone set buttons for room service etc non functioning. It was quite old and far from the shopping areas and other tourist destination. Bath tab in the room peeling hence not usable. Poor internet connectivity. have to pay for your tooth brush... No wifi in the rooms !!! A big no no for me. Air conditioner of our room did not work, 1st call, the technician check and confirm that it was not working, after 1 hour, we re-called asking the status whether they can fix no response, after next 1 hour we re-called but no response. We end up with stayed at star hotel with no air conditioner. so contradictive... Hotel is old, the bath towel is very old. Staff is not nice. The window/ donor's glass is dirty. Guest room had a very strong tabaco smell. Very old hotel. There is nothing around it, its very far away from restaurants and shops. No restaurant service after certain hour. No computer in the room. I had to cancell a 4 nights reservation, I sleep only one night and I was charged two nights as a penalty, this didnt happen in other hotels. The hotel is rather old, though still adequately-maintained. Small Room, no bell boy stand by. There was no WiFi in the rooms. no enough seating and inconvenience housephone at the lobby and the interior design at the lobby should be redecorated the room furnished setting also different from those standard , bed should not be set up in the middle of the room which obstruct in room mobility. I will not try it again. Very dirty Hotel. I stayed one night and then moved to another hotel.
