This hotel is location, location, location. We stayed on the 17th floor ehich id executive or club floor. The hotel rooms were recently upgraded and they were lovely. Bathroom was big enough with a separate toilet. The hop on hop off bus just a few footsteps away and airport bus right outside the door. Within walking distsnce to major tourist spots and markets. Location is ideal. The subway station is just in a 5 min walk from the lotel. The major tourist destinations are either in a walking distance or not so far if you take a taxi or use the subway. The staff is freindly and helpful. Breakfast is nice and delicious.

Stsy was very comfortable and I would recommend this to anyone wsnnting a hotel in seoul in this price range. I and my wife both very very satisgied. Location to the sites in Seoul were convient. Tours pick up at the hotel. The staff upgraded our room to Executive with comp wifi. Got upgraded to an executive suite free of charge spotless room, very comfortable bed quiet despite the central location. - Perfect location in the very downtown - Nice breakfast with Korean and European food - Friendly and gracious staff. Location near to many attractions and metro station. Luggage storage facilities. Helpful staff. Gym facility. Handy to my office. Clean and comfortable. If I do not mistaken It's my 5th stay. Location Food sorroundings. - Central location, near city hall subway - well known hotel (cabs know how to get there) - walkable to myeongdong but quite far to dongdaemun - free upgrade to deluxe room. the location and the value for the money, the room size is large, bath room is also good size. Conveniently located in the central business district : food, transport and shopping. Staff did not help with our cases at checkin. Price maybe is a bit higher but it can reflect the cost of life in Seoul which not cheap. That hotel does not offer free wifi to all rooms or the lobby. - Towels could be better for such level of the hotel - Restaurants close at 10:30 pm and there is no a bar (or it was closed that time). I think a smoker had used my room before me. The furnishings smelled a little of smokw. Old style room Poor internet Not very friendly staff. - Hardly any cable channels - no safe box - no free wifi - road noise - leakage of water from shower room to bathroom floor - toothbrush, toothpaste & shaver are chargeable - only 1 bottle of water given per day - housekeeping is poor (untidy). hotel carpet were dirty, many staff members do not have a good command of english, no wifi anywhere except the hotel cafe which has limited hours, hotel staffs were professional but not all friendly of helpful. No free internet connection, no safe,.
