The people who work in this hotel are very nice. Because I am a Chinese and do not know any Russian. They help me a lot. This hotel can also send the food ordered from the restarant. It locates near the train station. It takes about twenty minutes to reach the airport by taxi. But it is pretty quite. 一个比较不错的酒店!. Nice room. Better than expected. The room we took looks like has been newly renovated, nice shower, daily cleaning. The WiFi internet connection was pretty decent and fast. The restaurant loacted within the hotel offered good food.

Initially seemed fine as a nicer business/transit hotel. Room was fine until aircon broke, (see below) and front desk staff (not management) was friendly. Close to the train station. I hope the hotel can place a electric pot in each room. Then we do not need to ask the need of hot water again and again. Nothing specific. They are short of bellboy. Car service was very expensive! The doors to the room are too thin and people talking in the corridor at night can be heard very clearly - too loud. Also, the doors to the rooms vibrate and make noise every time another door is opened in the hallway - I had to put a towel under my door to stop the vibration. No bedside nights. Air condition is a kind of weak, not cold enough. Restaurant food expensive. No bedside lamps and complimentary bottles of water in the room to start with. Thin walls. You can hear night guests. Tables of breakfast's food at 08:30 were almost empty. The attention to the breakfast buffet just wasn't good enough. I had to ask for everything i needed; plates, glasses, more juice, more milk. The staff working in the breakfast room should be making sure that everything is topped up and available. Not only could they not do that, they couldn't even be friendly. The swimming pool is not big enough and area around is not clean enough. Not clean room, air condition stopped working - nobody willing to check what was wrong. Broken air-con, throughout entire hotel despite assurances it was working. Had to move in the middle of the night and still no air-con in new room. Was offered a measly 10% discount for a miserable night. Prostitutes and loud drunks in hallways late at night. Arranged taxi to airport at 3x normal price. Unhelpful managers could not care less about issues. Staff was often less than helpful. Took 3 e mails to arrange airport pick up. No safe in the room. Breakfast was bad. Security is nonexistent. No hot water during 5 days. Only one towel. Very bad wifi quality.pay to to swimming pool (rent towels). Sauna out of order. Breakfast quality lower than average.
