The hotel is one of the best 3-star hotels in Amman. It has extremely excellent location where the main hotel gate (on the 7 floor) is only 5 min walk to the best shopping streets in Amman, whereas the other hotel gate (ground floor) is exactly at Al-Abdely round about (the heart of Amman). It is only 2 km away from the downtown (Wasat Al-Balad). This is my fifth time I stay in this hotel. I will not even think to stay in another hotel as all required facilities are available. I really thank t.
all reviews » -Very nice hotel, I liked it and I used to chose it every time I come to Jordan over the last 10 years -The food is delicious. -Friendly and cooperative staff. -The room style, its size and design are comfortable and actually all hotel design looked lovely. -The taxi to airport is also convenient. Thank you to all those in charge of Toledo. The staff were absolutely outstanding in service and organisation. I travel frequently and have been in many hotels, however this one takes the cake. They organised the drop off of my rental car, a personal driver for our ongoing travel north and upgraded our room with ease. Absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Amman!. We expected a nice hotel , and we found hotel well maintained, beautiful, neat and beyond our expectations. Staff was very very kind and the rooms are large, spacious, clean and well .equipped When we will come back to Amman, we will book in Toledoo again, as long as prices remain the same. Staff were very helpful and corteous. Food wes exgellent all s ervice was excellent our driver during our stay Abu Saleem was first class as a driver guide and can only be described as a perfect gentleman he added so much to our stay and i do hope we meet at some future date. For example, we had a very early flight to catch, yet breakfast was provided for us at 5:00 am even thought the restaurant didn't officially open until 6:30. Employee are very kind and helpful. Clean and good. A staff had charged overpay to me(double charge). As soon as i send e-mail to hotel, the hotel replied to me and cancelled the overpay. very clean and believable hotel. In a difficult to navigate city the Toledo was easy to find and known by locals/taxi drivers. The triple room was big enough to fit our family with an extra bed. The bathroom was large. We have to get a taxi to go downtown or any another place. But taxi fee is just 2~3 jd. The bathroom was the only part of the room that was not great - not completely clean, and a bit rough compared to the rest of the room. The location was interesting - looking out over the huge market - but certainly not beautiful. No complains. The rooms are a bit shabby but clean and comfortable. We were coming by car and had no GPS, and nobody could tell us where the place is Poor morning buffet. The sink in the shower was so dirty that the water could not drain. bathroom wasn't terribly updated... somewhat clean. Wifi additional if needed in room, some rooms lower down in the hotel are in need of refurbishment. no face cloths in washroom. nothing. Shower not powerful enough and could have been hotter. Tea and coffee not replaced each day. Airconditioning was very loud and at weekends the big market on abdali place also loud til late. No critics. No plug in bath. Nothing. As with many hotels in the Middle East, the lobby was often full of cigarette smoke, and smoke sometimes seeped into the rooms. That you had to pay for wifi i think it should included with the final price. No parking designated area. This hotel was fine considering the price we paid but it was tired. The lobby and restaurant areas were nicely decorated but the rooms and halls worn and gloomy and honestly our bathroom needed a good clean. The breakfast had variety but 'hot' food was always cold and not particularly appetising. The gym/pool was not useful to us as we were advised there are different days for men/women and that the children were too young to use the facilities (ages 3, 6 and 8). I got at least what I paid for - so nothing I didnt like or expect. Wireless Internet is drama and very complex. All the guests I spoke with were struggling to get online. It is very time consuming for the people at the reception, waste of time and might damage quality of service. The water of shower is very weak. Bathroom door can not be closed. Free wifi only in the lobby not in the rooms. Need update. hotelroom was a little bit shabby and it's time for a renovation/modernisation of the rooms and especially of the sanitair. The bathroom definitely needs an update! Our toilet was leaking and the decor and furniture is a little shabby. With a little more attention and care, this hotel could be great!. Location and abdali entrance. Abdali gate need to be cared about or closed as it shows poor entrance to hotel. nothing.
