I thought the hotel still have mall in the building. It was closed now. Should be taken out from the hotel information. Had I knew mall already closed...I will not booked my accommodation in Le Royal Hotel. Misleading!

the only point I did not like that too many people were smoking in the hotel and non smoking areas were small compared to the allocated places for the smakores.

the hotel has no Emergency Plan in place; we had very bad experience with Taxi Service, not clean, doesn't contain emergency kit, no tools ... etc. after we stayed for almost 3 hours waiting for backup vehicle and at the end we walked to the hotel.

the hotel was not kids friendly, they were not allowed to access the internal pool and it was winter, they were so board . the breakfast was of low quality the staff were dry

- High Security Level - View of my room was amazingly nice - Spa was clean and nice - In the center of the town, residents can go everywhere easily.

- Windows was secured from entering air from outside by normal tape! - I thought it has shopping mall and cinemas, but discovered that it was out of use since two years. - All visitors need to have card to be able to use the left and come to the residents.

Secuirity check like airport, hotel is old and need to do lots of maininance. Staff are so monitoring every movement, no pravicy at all.

Beside location, Nothing

The hotel isn't clean at all, the house keeping missed some basic things (Shampoo, clean towel, refill tea, coffee and water...), the bed sheet are full of small hole like they have been used for decades, the smell of the sheets is worse and give the sense of having bugs everywhere. When we complained to the guest relation they answered "Every hotel has bad points...."
