Overall a very good hotel. The minimum charge was around 22,000yen/night when I booked, which I first thougt was a bit expensive for a hotel away from center of Tokyo. But a friend recommended and when I stayed for 3 nights, I think it is one of the best good-value hotel I have ever been to.

This is my second time in this hotel. Check-in and check-out were both smooth. The hotel is elegantly clean as always. Staff are polite and friendly.

We stayed at the Hilton Tokyo Bay in late Oct 2013, and glad we did. It was a nice to end a trip where our accommodation was superb.
We stayed in the 'celebrio' room which was perfect for 2 people, the hotel itself is situated in the Tokyo Disneyland Resort and offers a shuttle to and from the theme parks' station. Even though, it's about 20-25minute train ride from tokyo cbd, because of the amount of trains available, travelling outside of the area is no problem. FYI the monorial for the tokyo

Compared to other Five star hotels in Tokyo that I have stayed in, Shangri-La Hotel, Tokyo is the best so far. It has a wonderful and convenient location, a luxurious and comfortable room. The service levels were the best, every staff catered to my every problem, they even accompanied me to the train station to help me out.
I would recommend this hotel to any traveler visiting Tokyo!

We love this hotel, it was very clean, comfort, convenient and well-trained staffs. Little quiet if compare with the other big city's location but we prefer staying at this hotel. Up to now the nicest hotel I sayed in Tokyo.. Amazing location close to the Emperor´s Gardens, Ginza and Tsukiji Fish market. The concierge took care of everything I asked - gave all infos, booked tickets, arranged for transport. Very well equiped rooms with funny colonial charme.

This hotel is the second best I have ever stayed at, only being surpassed by the Burj Al Arab in Dubai. The staff were fantastic, I have never been served by more attentive staff at any hotel. Great lobby design, luxurious especially with coffee shop layout. Rooms are nice, except that beds are generally small. Location is perfect. Across is a Denny's and Starbucks. 5 minutes walk is a subway station. It also offers free shuttle to Shinjuku Station. Area is very peaceful. Cherry blossom right across the hotel.
