The staff are very friendly helpful and go out of their way to assist you with everything (eg train timetables). The English - The service at this hotel went above and beyond. When we asked for a recommendation of a good sushi restaurant, the concierge actually ran out to a place, got us a table, and then walked us there! Impressive. The place is lovely--much nicer than even the photos could illustrate-- and in a great location, near trains, shops, and great restaurants.
