  There were many things I liked as you can see from the rating. The staff, in particular, were friendly and very helpful. They provide a great map of the surrounding area. If anything was needed, for example my bathroom light burned out, they fixed it immediately. Many of the staff spoke English. For the price this is an excellent value. - This was my second time staying in Sakura Hotel Ikebukuro, but my first time staying in the dorm. It's a great hotel, very clean, free wifi and they have converters at the front desk for your electronics. It's really close to Ikebukuro station and there's a lot of good restaurants around and staff available 24 hours a day.

In fact, I would go even so far as saying that it was one of the most pleasant experiences in a few years worth of travelling.
