  This Capsule Inn is in a wonderful location if you want to see any of the big sights in Tokyo; almost everything we wanted to see was a very short train ride, or at most 25 minutes, away. For the price that you pay to stay at Capsule Inn Kinshicho, the service is incredible. We were met by English speaking staff--actually, - I enjoyed trying for the first time the "capsule"; it's rare to find Capsule hotel for woman and this one is really great value for money. Of course because there's a lot of people in one spare big room, if some ones are noisy and no respectfull you can have some difficult sleep but anyway it's so nice, clean and original that it's really my favorite place for staying in Tokyo ! ANd the common bathroom is so clean, so nice, with a big bath, and shampoo, and all for free ! Towel as well and tea,

  The hotel was excellent,the room was very clean and comfortable with clean towels,sheets etc provided every day.It was very close to metro stations which meant easy access to all of Tokyo.   This was an interesting experience staying at this place and would recommend it to open minded travellers visiting the city. Good location within 10 minutes walking distance of Shinjuku station. Whilst I was travelling with luggage this could be stored at the reception area as there is not a lot of room in either the capsule of the small lockers ... what people say » provided which are really just to be used for a small back pack and hanging up of clothes. If you are travelling around and just stay here for a nigh - 10/10 for novelty value, but more than that, this was a very comfortable night's sleep. You can even have your underwear laundered and ready to collect in the morning, or buy new ones plus a shirt and tie from reception. English instruction leaflet was provided and the staff were very friendly, so the atmosphere was more relaxed than I'd expected. There isn't a speck of dirt anywhere - you leave shoes on entry and wear shorts and top which are provided - rest of your clothes go in your pers
