  Reasonable price hotel in Tokyo. The staff is friendly & provide us a modem plug in our for full usage of wifi with free. They allow us to keep our big luggage in the hotel which we transit to Kyoto & Osaka, after we check in back the hotel. Everything was clean and bed was comfortable. Hotel is walking distance from Asakusa station and Sensoji shopping area. We also walked to Tokyo Sky Tree from the hotel in about 20 minutes. Staff was extremely friendly and able to help us with our Wifi connection. All the clerks spoke English very well. Excellent value for the price! Highly recommended

  This was an interesting experience staying at this place and would recommend it to open minded travellers visiting the city. Good location within 10 minutes walking distance of Shinjuku station. Whilst I was travelling with luggage this could be stored at the reception area as there is not a lot of room in either the capsule of the small lockers ... what people say » provided which are really just to be used for a small back pack and hanging up of clothes. If you are travelling around and just stay here for a nigh - 10/10 for novelty value, but more than that, this was a very comfortable night's sleep. You can even have your underwear laundered and ready to collect in the morning, or buy new ones plus a shirt and tie from reception. English instruction leaflet was provided and the staff were very friendly, so the atmosphere was more relaxed than I'd expected. There isn't a speck of dirt anywhere - you leave shoes on entry and wear shorts and top which are provided - rest of your clothes go in your pers

  Location - very close to Ueno station, sauna facilities (I started and ended every single day in there - they are brilliant), cleanliness, cost and the "relax" room - basically, a room full of very comfortable easy chairs with blankets and individual tv to kick back after the sauna (or really, any time you like). They are comfortable, cool and clean and I could have stayed there muc - Great, efficient, very friendly, clean. Note that there isn't wi-fi but there's a computer to use.   The room was big, the bed was extremely comfortable, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We only stayed for one night as we were booked in at another hotel closer to Disneyland but honestly, we wished we had stayed here instead as it was cheaper, bigger, nicer and with more things to see and do! - Shuttle bus to Disneyland / Disneysea... what people say » .
