The room I was in was huge (in Tokyo standards), I had more than enough room for my luggage and could even fit in a spare bed if I wanted to. Every - Good Location, But Ikkebukuro station with North Exit does not have lift or elevator that made me hard to drag the suitcase. But hotel is very good, clean and convenient. - The location is good very near to the JR Ikebukuro station west exit. There are many cheap resturants near by so it is easy to find place to eat if you want to save money.

  We had a perfectly adequate western room with the usual/necessary functions, but be warned - it was a typical Japanese size, i.e. small and cramped. You couldn't fit in more than 2 normal sized suitcases and even that would be pushing it (we had 1 and a couple of smaller hand baggage bags). But the bed (queen size double) was VERY comfortable - the best in our 4 week stay in Japan. Also it was very conven - I really liked the location - it's very close to the park and the subway station. Particularly coming from Narita, the access is quite convenient and they have very good instructions on how to find the hotel. I'd say the rooms were a good value. Yes, they are small - but that's pretty standard for Tokyo or any large city. They were clean and comfortable, and had travel necessities like hair dryers, shampoo, etc. Also the laundry on the 6th floor was useful. Staff is excellent. I needed to send

There was a 7-11, pharmacy, EXCELLENT and VERY AFFORDABLE sushi restaurant, McDonalds, post office, and Subway in the same complex.
