The hotel is very nice. The staff were kind and helpful, but I'm not the kind of costumer that have a lot of requests. I chose the two single bed room and the space was great! The beds were big, there was a wardrobe and even a couch and a table. If you want space this room won't disappoint you, and it have a nice design too! Very pleasant! There is wifi in the room and I could even do skype conferences well. The room was cleaned every day, and the towels and amenities were replaced daily too. T.
all reviews » Staff were polite and friendly even though they spoke limited English. Room was clean (I had a non-smoking room that was quite large). Location great - short walk to Ginza, short walk to Tokyo station, short walk to the metro. Good restaurants nearby, small supermarket next door. I had wifi in the room, and there was a computer for hotel guest use in the foyer. My rate did not include breakfast so I can't comment on that. This hotel was recommended to me and I would definitely pass on that reco. In-room wifi was definitely a big plus, considering even many 5star hotels didn't have this. Hotel surrounded by many restaurants, food affordable and delicious. Walking distances to 3 stations, very convenient. Room super clean, bed super comfy. Beverages at lobby for tired guests and special toilettries pack for ladies, very thoughtful gesture. Counter staff helpful, offered to call and communicate with the Hokkaido hotel where I left behind an item, though I didn't ask. Tokyo Station is about 10 minutes walk, so basically it is a good location for exploring Tokyo with the subway or traveling with the railways. Also a Family mart 1 minute away. We booked this hotel with Bookings.com discount, therefore the size of the room (it's the biggest among all hotels we stayed during our trip to Japan), comfort, and cleanliness are really spot-on for the money. Location is really convenient; 12 minutes walk from Tokyo station, 1 minute walk to Takaracho or Kyobashi station, nice walking distance to Ginza, Tsukiji, or Takashimaya Nihonbashi. Location is near to tokyo station if arriving via shinkansen.Also just a few minutes from tokyo metro and toei line.Its a bit confusing trying to locate the hotel but once you manage to locate it then you will realise it is really not that far from tokyo station.Travelers staying at this hotel should go to ramen street in tokyo station too!Highly recommend to have lunch or dinner there. WiFi on higher floors is weak, so we asked for room change. On the third floor it was OK, but our window was close to other building and the room was dark. If you want a free morning coffee, forget about it: coffee machine is working from 15:00. Small bed and room, even no place to repack the luggage. Room is very tiny but understandable. They weren't very helpful when we asked where we should go to eat in the area, also the shower was on the short side (even considering Japanese bathrooms are small) my fiancee is 6'3"and his head was touching the ceiling. Don't buy the umbrellas they sell, they are expensive and small. The hotel it's a little bit hidden. no breakfast available, not much space to sit down and relax in the lobby. No breakfast. Poor window view. 1. Toilet is too tiny. 2. Quite a long walk if intend to go Ginza by foot. I wish the staff can speak more of English. So the staff must have something wrong with checking the card! Also, when I left at 07.00 hours I was not allowed to have a coffee from the machine in the lobby (which normally is for free after 15.00 hours....). Noisy room #516. Window did not seal completaly. And fun motors from rhe different rooms disturbed at night. Complimentary coffee should be all day, not just 15:00-24:00. tiny rooms. WiFi weak but avceptable. Breakfast is limited and not the best quality.
