The hotel room was used from late in the night until early in the morning and it was okay. Nobody in Tokyo has time to explore the hotel booked. It was convenient for that price!.
The staff was very professional and accomodating. The hotel was budget-friently, very clean and suited our needs well.

The location is great. It is really near the station and Haneda airport. The staff can understand English, even though not fluently.

cheap price. They are quite detail in giving comfort to the customers, good toiletries provided and overall a good place to stay if u are in a budget holiday. .
Far from downtown, but close to trainstation, no english speaking staff (really comical stuff trying to communicate).
Rooms are a lttle tight. Breakfast basic.
The place is cramped. The room is pretty small, but is expected from such a place.One of the shower heater broke and some of my friends have to shower in cold water during winter. The room is slightly smaller than average, basically for backpackers or those who are in budget holidays.
