The staff are really nice and understanding to my needs. I returned back late for check out and they listened to my explanations on missing the last shinkansen the night before and didn't charge me for late check out. Really appreciate their kindness. In return, I bought some souvenirs for them on my trip to Lake Kawaguchiko.
Great hotel for those backpackers who go out in the morning and come back in the evening just for sleeping. Friendly staff that always ready to help you. Clean rooms and facilities.all reviews »

Everything is just fine.
The price.
You can hear people walking around outside the room in the morning and the doors opening and closing so if you are a light-sleeper, it's gonna affect your rest.
If you are sensitive, the trains might wake you in the morning
Might take some time to get to some locations of tokyo.
Sometimes I can hear the train's sound.
Noisy because of the train station.
Nothing.
