The front desk is open until 18:00. Guests arriving after check-in hours must inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Please present the booking confirmation at the front desk when checking in. The full amount of the reservation must be paid at check-in, by credit card or in Japanese Yen. Please note that cleaning service is not provided during the stay. Only 1 set of towels and amenities is provided for guests staying 4 nights or more. Extra sets are available at an additional charge. Guests cannot shorten their stay shorter than 7 nights, and no refunds will be given. After the 8th night, guests can make a 3-day notice if they wish to check out early. - Please note that the property is scheduling repair work on water-supply pipes on 26 October 2015 from 11:00 to 17:00. The water supply (including hot water) will be shut off during the period. - The property's exterior fence is also scheduled for repair from 19 October to 24 October 2015. Repair works will be carried out between 11:00 and 17:00. Please be informed that guests may experience some noise, odour and/or other minor disturbances.
