The staff attitude is very good but weak in updated it technology and telecommunication skill.

Poor management on assigning room since I have booked non-smoking room in advance but turn out to be smoking room upon check-in. Deceiving customers by wifi service provided, actually no wifi service to customers.

The bed is rather hard and also preferred to have soft pillow. More amenity should be provided such as shower cap, free supply of spring/mineral water complimentary.

there are not Wi-Fi in the room and air condition - cannot reduce temperature.

Location is excellent. Right beside Sapporo Station with convenience store beside. The food for the breakfast is good.

The hotel does not keep our lugguage despite coming back to the same hotel after 4 days. Service of the front desk staff can be better.

When I made my booking, I was not asked if I wanted a smoking room or not. It turned out that I was offered a smoking room only. It was late and I had no choice. The room was so smoky and it was just horrible. All my belongings which was exposed in the room stinked afterwards. And I am sure my lung was full of smoke, having slept there for a night!
