  It is a very cosy, comfortable hotel. The onsen is superb with great view of the city. The massage is also great, skillful staff and great value for money compared to other 5-star hotels that we have stayed in Japan. We got a room with a huge bed and tatami space, there were enough beddings & space for 2 adults and 2 grown up children (althoug... what people say » h we only got a 4 yr old). Hence, enough space for play which is rare in Japan. The staff are friendly and helpful although only speak basic English. - Th location is good, walk to Mt Hakodate rope way is around 20 mins. The hotel itself is next to the red brick warehouses.
