  Extremely friendly and polite staff and very efficient! Check in and check out was professionally done. Guest relations was even more impressive - I was given clear directions to hotel from airport as it was my first trip to Sapporo. Also he go beyond his call of duty to get me a discount card for my Japanese meal! - The hotel is located in Susuk... what people say » ino area and very near to the subway station. This area has lots of shopping place and ramen shop. Many ramen shops open very late. The hotel decoration is very nice and modern. The room is new and well-decor. There is an iphone charger provided too! Totally recommend this hotel.
